Hey Girls

We went to eat at the new Mexican Restuarant Thursday...(Irene, Debbie, and Dianne) came to visit us(We had a fun visit), so we tried out the new place..very good food, and great service...The waitress was so nice, and as at the time, we were the only customers there, she paid a lot of attention to us..she told us about the new desserts they had...well, we ordered one of them, after our meal(didn't really know if we could eat it, we were all so stuffed), and took it home, to have with coffee...it was a carrot cake, layered with cream cheese, small pecan pieces, coconut...it was soooooo good, ...as it is so simple to make, i am going to make it soon...it is rich, so a small piece does it, that is unless you have a sweet tooth, like me...

missin y'all on the blog.....and thanks so much for the congrats..I know you are busy, but would love to see you both soon, it is tough times for everyone right now, but hopefully , it will get better ...just remember, "This Too Shall Pass"

Hey grandma how are ya'll doin? Wow 54 years! that is a long time for marriage I'd say. Congrats. On that and I hope ya'll had a real good one. Rachel and I will have to take ya'll out soon for a "late" gift lol. It gets toug sometimes though with me working on the weekends and her working during the week...So maybe we can get a day soon and make it happen. I hope yall are doin good and ill talk to yall soon. love bryan

Thanks for all the Good Wishes< we had a good 54th Wedding Anniversary....Got a great report from the dr. for Dad, as I posted earlier, Corene drove us down to Houston, then we went out to eat for lunch, yummy Mexican food.....Dad gave me a Journey necklace, beautiful!... gave him a Big Kiss...

good report today!

We got a good report from Dad's lung tests today, there was no change, lung looked good, and he doesn't have to go back for that for a year, we go april 22, for the cll, ...we go 17th of this month to heart dr., and he will most likely make a ekg as usual, and discuss options on the small blockage there, ...he told Dad earlier that he was leaving it up to him as to what he wanted to do, as long as he takes care, he can live with this, he said could be scar tissue around the two stints they implanted a couple of years ago....but one down, and another to go, but "this too shall pass....
