"Time Flies"

The old saying, "Time Flies" is SO true, It will soon be Fall, although as Hot as it is now, I think we will all welcome Fall ..I have to admit that is my favorite time of the year, I love the changeing colors, and the Holiday Season that lies ahead..and this year we have a Wedding in October. which is exciting to look ahead to...Bryan and Rachels Wedding October the 9th!...They have a new Home also.. Kristin & Chris's Baby will come into this World in August, Little, Emma Rose, We all look forward to welcoming the little one, and pray for Mother and Child for a perfect Birth!....Our Family is growing, "By leaps and bounds",which is Wonderful!....

July 4th GET TOGETHER

We had a great time , hamburgers and hot dogs were the main dish, with trimming and Amy's cakes, and the old standby(B. pudding), etc....was a day of all celebrations; Irvin's Birthday, Kristins improntu Baby Shower, July 4th, and all around catching up ...hopefully, we will do this again, soon! sad to say, I didn't get many pics, did take a few during Kristin's "baby shower", and will post them soon..

update

I know it has been a while, but "Life" just gets in the way sometime...and every once in a while, it can be almost overwhelming...but , hey, things in general are so much better , so I have no right to complain...Irvin is much better, in fact , I have trouble getting him NOT to overdo when he gets in the yard...we stopped last Sunday after the Hendrix Reunion, to see Candace and her Baby..He is SOOO cute!...took a couple of pics, and as soon as i can, will post them...he does look a lot like Candace, and also Casey...hope, some of you are catching up on the blog, I know with the facebook, everyone goes there...but, let me have some"imput", about what is going on with each of you, I will really try to find more time to keep you all updated, so you all do the same, O.K.?

Candace's Baby Shower

The girls and Beth gave Candace a Baby Shower Saturday, the 1st of May..(Will post pics as soon as possible), Candace received many useful, and beautiful Baby Gifts, many of them made especially for the Baby Boy ..among them , a beautiful Baby blanket made by Rachel..so soft , we know that the baby will love sleeping under it !A very pretty quilt made by Beth's Mother, with blocks pertaining to a Baby boy...everyone is excited about Candace's due date, and anxious to welcome her and Casey's Baby Boy into this world and family!

God is in Control

I can't seem to remember that God is in control at all times..So many times in all of our health issues , he has proved this to me..so , why couldn't I see that he will also be there for us, during this time, that he won't desert us now!

Brother's and Sisters

We watch the TV show, Brother's and Sister's , on Sunday night, Sally Field has the role of the Mother, there are 2 girls and 4 boys in the family, all grown...it is so easy to get "caught " up in the drama of the show...even tho their drama is different,it is also easy to see similair situtions in real life..Nora(Sally Field), no matter how bad things are has to feed her family, and to her that will solve all of their problems..that is SO true to real life..Us, Mother's are like that, and I speak for myself..A big meal will make it all right...well, we know that will not do it, but in our mind, this helps , and is a comfort to us...

Mother's Day is May 9th, but in fact every day is Mother's Day ..we are Mothers the moment that Precious Bundle is placed in our arms, in fact from the time we concieve..we feel every joy our Children feel,...We feel every sorrow our Children feel...we feel every pain our Children feel....There is no greater joy than the joy of being a Mother...we laugh with our Children..we cry with our Children...we want everything good in life for our Children....we want our Children to be happy...we are proud of our Children....Being a Mother is the Most important "job" in the world...To be a Mother is a Blessing from God.....

Have not had time to post lately, a lot going on....Irvin has a scheduled time for the Pacemaker implant...March 23rd. @ 10:00 AM...he should feel much better after that...he will be in the hospital overnight for them to monitor him...hope to hear from you all, what is happening in your life...until then, everyone take care, and love you all..
