Update 11-10-09
Irvin is still fighting the Shingles...going on the 3rd week..the rash is much better, althought the nerve pain is BAD for him...the Dr. said , this will take time..when we were in walgreens to pick up his prescription, sitting there, I glanced at the wall, next to us, and there on a BIG poster, was GET YOUR SHINGLES SHOT...If we had just known , could have avoided all of this pain for him..But the Dr. said that as soon as he was over them, he could get the shot, and they wouldn't come back, which we will do, and I will get one too..

Poor Grandpa. I pray that he feels better soon, it has gone on long enough. I am eager for him to meet Kelly also!
